Saturday & Sunday, May 12 & 13: West Wales Food Festival The tops chefs in Wales and the best produce in the west – just some of the highlights at this year’s festival which bears the strapline: “Growing the Future”. Alongside such star names from the culinary world as Bryn Williams and Stephen Terry, there will be a young chefs’ cookery competition; a wild food foray with Fine Pluck; set-piece debates on the big food topics of the moment; a Grow Your Own workshop and an exhibition of pinnies.
