Well, just bring your friends, neighbours, community members down to Riverside Market where there is a selection of fantastic food ready to eat – hot meals and cold snacks. Seating areas and riverside wall to rest on. It’s already a weekly food event at Riverside Market – come on down and add to it.

Riverside Farmers’ Market is a Cardiff (SE Wales, UK) based organisations with an ethos to provide healthy, fresh, organic, locally produced food and drink cheaply for local people.

Rhiwbina Market whilst it has room to grow remains buoyant and that is thanks to the regular custom of local people and visitors. This development allows genuine regular access to local farmers, growers and producers without the need to remember which ‘week’ it is.

The Farmers Markets are part of the community so we are interested in hosting events, entertainment, busking etc alongside the markets – especially at Roath, Rhiwbina and Llandaff North, so if you are a community organiser or part of a group with an idea please let us know. Don’t forget to bring the little ones to enjoy the PlayBus at Rhiwbina and Riverside.

RCMA (Riverside Community Market Association) currently runs four Farmers Markets in Cardiff. RCMA also aims to improve knowledge about, and access to, a fresh healthy diet and reduce the level of ‘food poverty’ in South Riverside and adjacent areas of Cardiff.
