A FROZEN food store told a customer she couldn’t use her own plastic carriers – then charged her 10p a bag for new ones. Iceland staff told Violet Owen and her partner Peter Barnes, from Dyffryn Nantlle, that customers can’t re-use basic plastic carrier bags for its home delivery service.
